REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Manufacturing and SCM to drive design, implementation, and optimization of planning models across Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP IBP.

Candidates bring 15+ years in manufacturing and supply chain, with strong engineering background and proven success in delivering technology solutions for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Certifications in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud, ASCP Expert, and SAP IBP for Supply Chain.
• 10+ years of experience in SCM and manufacturing consulting roles.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 and SAP IBP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (80% proficiency).
• Industry exposure in architectural coatings, housing development, sensors, electrical motors, heavy machinery, newspaper manufacturing, and federal maintenance operations.
• Experience working with multinational clients and multi-country stakeholders.

Business Analyst with deep expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of planning and execution models across Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP IBP platforms. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain processes, with a strong engineering background and proven success in delivering business‑aligned technology solutions.
