Job summary

Mriti InfoSystems Inc. in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS MFG/Operations specialist to lead incident resolution and production support onsite daily.

Deep knowledge across Procurement/P2P, Inventory, O2C, Manufacturing and related Finance processes, plus strong SQL troubleshooting, workflow and interface experience, is essential. You will diagnose incidents, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate ITSM activities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Navigate core EBS R12 processes across Procurement/P2P, Inventory, O2C, Manufacturing and basic Finance to diagnose incidents.
• Troubleshoot incidents, incorrect transactions, interface errors, workflow failures and data inconsistencies.
• Investigate SQL/PL-SQL, Concurrent Manager, workflow and interface tables to identify root causes.
• Support MES, supplier/customer interfaces, WMS and other enterprise systems end-to-end.
• Coordinate ITSM processes, incident/change control and RCA with business and digital teams.

Knowledge of EBS systems – MFG/Operations (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance)

Senior resource – preferably with Development background

Experience with facility start-ups

Strong technical/functional skillset – must be able to problem solve/troubleshoot independently.

Real SQL troubleshooting capability

Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge

Interface troubleshooting experience

Root cause analysis discipline

Ability to independently diagnose and solve production incidents

Must be fluent in Spanish and English

Must be disciplined in workload management and cross-functional collaboration between the Business and Digital teams

Must have good inter-personal skills

Must be willing to work onsite daily at the Ramos facility.
