Job summary

Birlasoft in Mexico seeks a senior resource with ERP background to lead EBS/MFG/Operations support including Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance.

The role requires independent problem solving, real SQL troubleshooting, and expertise in Workflow/Concurrent Manager, interface troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EBS systems – MFG/Operations (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance).
• Senior resource with development background.
• Experience with facility start-ups.
• Must be able to troubleshoot independently with strong technical/functional skills.
• Real SQL troubleshooting capability.
• Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge.
• Interface troubleshooting experience.
• Root cause analysis discipline.
• Ability to diagnose and solve production incidents.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Disciplined workload management and cross-functional collaboration between Business and Digital teams.
• Good interpersonal skills.
