Job summary

REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. seeks an experienced senior professional with a strong background in EBS systems across MFG/Operations to lead complex technical issues and startup initiatives.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot independently, apply root cause analysis, and collaborate with Business and Digital teams while managing workloads. Onsite daily at the Ramos facility in Coahuila; relocation is okay to Coahuila, Mexico.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EBS systems – MFG/Operations (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance).
• Senior resource – preferably with Development background.
• Experience with facility start-ups.
• Strong technical/functional skillset – must be able to problem solve/troubleshoot independently.
• Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge.
• Interface troubleshooting experience.
• Root cause analysis discipline.
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve production incidents.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Must be disciplined in workload management and cross-functional collaboration between the Business and Digital teams.
• Must have good inter-personal skills.
