Job summary

Randstad México is seeking an Oracle US Payroll Consultant to join our Nearshore Center. This is a 100% remote role under a direct contract with Randstad Mexico.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Payroll experience (HCM Cloud/Fusion or EBS) focused on US Payroll, with deep knowledge of Calculation Cards, Tax Reporting Units, and year-end processes. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll (HCM Cloud/ Fusion or EBS) with focus on US Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Calculation Cards and Tax Reporting Units.
• Configuration of Elements and custom tax setups.
• Solid understanding of US federal, state, and local tax regulations and Year-End processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Year-End and periodic payroll closes.
• Configure Payroll Modules (Tax Reporting Units setup).
• Design and update Fast Formulas for complex payroll calculations.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for payroll reconciliation.
• Remote position with direct contract with Randstad Mexico.
