Accenture is seeking Oracle HRMS / EBS Technical Consultants to join our Monterrey team. You will design, develop, implement, and support Oracle HRMS and EBS solutions, blending deep technical expertise with HR process knowledge.

You will work on end-to-end implementations, advanced payroll configurations, OAF customizations, and integrations using PL/SQL, collaborating with cross-functional teams across complex enterprise environments and strategic Oracle EBS HCM projects.

Formación

• Experience with end-to-end Oracle EBS HRMS implementations.
• Strong PL/SQL development and data integration skills.
• Familiarity with HRMS modules and configurations (HR, Payroll, SSHR, OLM).

This role focuses on the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS) solutions, combining strong technical expertise with a functional understanding of HR processes. You will work in complex enterprise environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to critical integration and transformation initiatives within Oracle ecosystems. We are expanding our Oracle capability and are looking for top talent to join strategic Oracle EBS HCM projects. We are seeking professionals with solid experience in:

• Oracle Human Resources (HR)
• Oracle Payroll
• Compensation Workbench
• Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
• Benefits Administration
• Self‑Service Human Resources (SSHR)
• Oracle iRecruitment
• Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
• Oracle Performance Management

Required Technical Stack:

• Oracle EBS Suite Technical – Advanced
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) – Advanced
• PL/SQL – Intermediate

We are looking for professionals who have participated in:

• End-to-end implementations
• Advanced payroll configuration
• OAF customizations and extensions development
