Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle Manager Delivery AMS to lead delivery of Oracle applications within our Tax practice. You will own client projects, oversee budgeting and scheduling, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality outcomes across geographies.

You will analyze client needs, implement Oracle solutions, train users, and collaborate with global teams to drive efficiency and innovation while upholding PwC values and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle consulting or delivery.
• Proficiency in English is required for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle applications delivery and integration projects.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored Oracle solutions.
• Provide training and support to clients for Oracle tools.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution; mentor staff.
• Guide teams in development of business application strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure quality and timelines.
• Encourage innovation and adoption of new technologies.
• Mentor team members and manage performance with clients.
• Resolve conflicts with clients and stakeholders as needed.
