Molex is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead strategic engineering projects for the Optical Solutions unit. You will drive cross‑functional initiatives from concept through implementation, coordinating engineering, operations and business teams to translate customer needs into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
- Experience leading engineering, NPI, or project management in manufacturing.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Lead complex engineering and NPI projects to drive growth and customer success.
- Develop project strategies, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Translate customer and business requirements into executable plans and outcomes.
- Monitor performance, budgets, schedules, and deliverables with executive status updates.
- Support automation and capacity expansion to improve operations and customer experience.
