Molex is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring delivery, quality, safety, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence within the automotive and electronics sectors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 10+ years of manufacturing experience, and deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, with advanced English proficiency to collaborate globally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in the automotive and/or electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Ensure achievement of delivery, cost, and quality targets.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop, coach, and lead the operations team.
• Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs.
• Foster a high-performance culture.
• Support 5S, EHS, and Quality programs.
