Job summary

You will manage workforce, materials, machinery, and equipment to maintain operational continuity and optimize resources, while monitoring KPIs and driving quality, safety, and efficiency.

Collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials is essential to resolve challenges and sustain flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading production teams and managing multiple manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, production planning, operational efficiency, and workforce management.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to make independent operational decisions, prioritize competing demands, and resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team development skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Availability to work second shift is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee second-shift manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules, output targets, and operational objectives are consistently met.
• Effectively manage workforce, materials, machinery, and equipment to ensure operational continuity and optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor and drive KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, production output, quality, and labor utilization.
• Provide strong leadership to production teams, promoting accountability, operational discipline, and a results-oriented culture.
• Ensure compliance with established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions to increase efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials, to resolve operational challenges and maintain production flow.
• Evaluate employee performance, identify training needs, and support talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure effective execution of daily management routines, standardized work, and accurate production reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Ensure machinery, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and available to support production requirements.
