Amazon in Ensenada is seeking an Operations Manager to lead inbound or outbound operations and drive performance across shifts. You will mentor 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly staff, embedding Amazon Leadership Principles and coaching career progression.
Your role emphasizes capacity planning, process improvement, and cross-functional partnerships with Retail and FBA to optimize cost and customer experience.

The role requires heavy index on dive deep, bias for action, and ownership.
