Lead the operation and administration of a fleet of approximately 350 units. Oversee drivers, fleet operations, maintenance, and customer service. Ensure compliance with operational KPIs and service-level agreements. Manage customer relationships and address operational escalations. Prepare and present operational results to internal stakeholders and clients. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and resource utilization. Participate in identifying the cost components required to develop economic proposals for transportation services. Monitor an operation handling approximately 10,000-12,000 shipments per month. Lead, develop, and coordinate the operational team.
