Job summary

Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, the clinical and advanced therapy subsidiary of UPS Healthcare, is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate receipt, packing, and shipment documentation. You will create inventory pick lists, perform stock control, and process return drug supplies for destruction.

This permanent role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse (pharma preferred).
• Excellent eye for detail and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Flexibility in working hours; weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive drug and clinical trial supplies in accordance with procedures.
• Generate shipping documentation upon receipt of study request.
• Create inventory pick-lists within Warehouse Inventory Management System.
• Physically pick drug supplies from the warehouse.
• Inspect picked drug supplies for shipment accuracy and condition.
• Prepare shipment export documentation.
• Process shipment acknowledgement of receipt.
• Send post-shipment notifications to clients.
• Maintain stock control including cycle counts.
• Process returns and reconcile for destruction.

Job Description:

Job Purpose:

Ensure the efficient use of packaging and supplies available in the warehouse to satisfy client and internal requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receipt of drug and clinical trial supplies in accordance with procedures.
2. Generation of shipping Documentation upon receipt of study request.
3. Create Inventory pick-lists within Warehouse Inventory Management System.
4. Physical pick of drug supplies (including lab kits) from within the warehouse.
5. Inspection of drug supplies picked for shipment by other associates.
6. Preparation of shipment export documentation.
7. Processing of shipment acknowledgement of receipt.
8. Post shipment notification to client.
9. Stock control including periodic cycle counts.
10. Process return drug supplies, including reconciliation, for destruction purpose.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year experience in warehouse (preferably pharmaceutical) environment.
• Excellent eye for detail and customer focused.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Flexibility in working hours required.
• Weekend coverage may be required.
