Johnson Controls is seeking a BI Engineer II to implement best-in-class business intelligence. You will scope, analyze, develop, automate, enhance, and validate BI reporting and dashboards to help the organization make data-driven decisions.

You will transform data into actionable insights, design scalable dashboards, and support procurement analytics with cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in English is required for a global role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to transform data into insights.
• Experience in Power BI applications and dashboard design.

Responsabilidades

• Transform medium complexity data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards on Power BI or similar tools.
• Produce automated reporting systems and scorecards for stakeholders.
• Support data visualization by tuning queries and resolving data issues.
• Design and build reports such as Scorecards and Compliance reports.
• Collaborate with end users to translate needs into data models and reports.
• Own the analytics metrics and dashboards used to drive decisions.
