HH Global is seeking an Operations Analyst in Pachuca, Mexico to support data entry for projects, track processes, and ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and adherence to SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will work with Production Service Managers and Client Engagement Managers to update orders and client needs, while becoming proficient in the HUB supply chain system and maintaining accurate billing records.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative activities, data analysis, and data capture.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, marketing or related areas.
• Mid level English required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent spelling and grammar; very effective communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Support production services activities for a print and marketing supply chain company.
• Collaborate with Production Service Managers to fulfill data entry requirements.
• Update orders and client needs with Production Service Managers and Client Engagement Managers.
• Procure distribution lists, quantities, POs, PODs from production teams for timely billing.
• Become a subject matter expert and user of the HUB supply chain system.
• Work with internal teams to resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle client service follow-up.
• Understand and execute client KPIs as assigned.
• Manage production and job level WIP daily.
• Process invoices according to SOPs.
• Follow SLAs and contractual policies and procedures.
