AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO QUERETARO, S.A. DE C.V. seeks an Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator to lead staff training and ensure alignment with Airbus strategy and local regulations. The role focuses on maintaining safety culture in Training, KPI monitoring, and staff certifications.

You will manage training budgets, oversee training rooms and tools, and evaluate internal and external training programs while ensuring compliance with company codes of conduct.

Formación

  • Bachelor degree or Engineering required.
  • Train the trainer courses desired.
  • English required.
  • Effective communication is essential.
  • Critical and analytical mindset is required.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain the safety culture in the Training area.
  • Follow up on KPIs to maintain and improve the quality of the training provided.
  • Keep the staff certification process updated.
  • Control and improvement of Training Rooms.
  • Control of material inventories and Training tools.
  • Evaluation of internal and external training and certification programs.
  • Operate and plan the Training budget in accordance with the Airbus codes of conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the safety culture in the Training area
  • Follow up on KPIs to maintain and improve the quality of the training provided
