Job summary

Farahi Law Firm is seeking a highly analytical Process Improvement Coordinator to lead operational excellence across the organization. You will identify inefficiencies, design scalable workflows, and create SOPs to boost productivity and quality.

You will partner with leadership to develop KPIs, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions that optimize performance in a fast-growing, client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operations or Business Analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing metrics, dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and refine scalable workflows and SOPs.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from planning to implementation.
