Farahi Law Firm is seeking an Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that optimize workflows, integrate business systems, and support our digital transformation initiatives.

You will analyze processes, create scalable automated workflows, test rigorously, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, reliability, and growth.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in process automation or related technical roles.
• Experience developing automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and systems integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and system integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes for reliability and performance.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and drive adoption of automation best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and automation standards.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users utilizing automated processes.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
