Job summary

Clarios is seeking an OEX Master to lead Operational Excellence across the Monterrey plant. You will deploy OE systems, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.

This role focuses on cross-functional leadership and hands-on shop floor engagement to sustain improvements. Responsibilities include facilitating Kaizen events, guiding DMAIC projects, and developing capabilities within High Performance Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or similar.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, RCA, HPT, TPM, Gap Analysis, CMS OE principles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and plant processes.
• Proven ability to coach teams, drive change, and influence stakeholders across levels.
• English proficiency: 85%.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of Operational Excellence systems and CMS 2.0 across the plant.
• Ensure employees at all levels effectively use OE tools and methodologies.
• Execute DMAIC, Lean and Six Sigma projects aligned with plant priorities.
