LEONI in Hermosillo, Mexico seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement lead to drive the plant's CI program and deliver KPI-based results. You will define and sustain CI processes, evaluate ideas, and quantify financial impact across initiatives on site.

You will chair the CI Committee, promote a continuous improvement culture, and oversee CIP/LPI tools and training, including 5S and the eight wastes, across functions and sites.

• Manage and oversee Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
• Define and maintain CI processes and work instructions.
• Evaluate and prioritize improvement ideas with departments.
• Calculate and manage financial impact including ROI.
• Lead the CI Committee and promote a CI culture.
• Manage CI tools and training (CIP/LPI, 5S, waste concepts).
• Ensure transfer of best practices across plant and countries.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
