BorgWarner in Torreón, Mexico seeks a production supervisor with a strong focus on people development and operational excellence. You will lead staff training, oversee payroll related duties, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires hands-on planning of daily production, budget stewardship, and enforcing discipline and safety standards. You will collaborate across teams to ensure on-time delivery while reducing overtime and maintaining a

• Personnel administration in charge (Payroll, Head Count, certifications, shift changes, bonuses).
• Promote a culture of order and cleanliness in the area.
• Maintain first-class discipline standards in conjunction with the personnel under your charge.
• Control of the monthly budget of the area.
• Carry out daily operation planning to comply with the production plan.
• Monitor hour by hour the performance of the production lines in charge.
• Manage the efficiency of production areas, carry out improvement projects and activities to meet efficiency indicators.
• Reduction of overtime in the production department.
