Job summary

BorgWarner in Torreón, Mexico, is seeking a team member to uphold plant safety, follow environmental guidelines, and meet quality requirements. You will report abnormalities and participate in training programs to promote a strong safety culture and comply with process letters.

You will attend shifts punctually, participate in problem solving, and ensure compliance with internal work regulations as part of a disciplined, collaborative operation.

Responsibilities

• Respect and follow plant safety policies and guidelines
• Comply with and monitor environmental guidelines, policies and procedures, related to the activities of your operation
• Meet the quality requirements that apply to your operation
• Report any abnormality related to the safety and/or quality of your workstation
• Participate in training programs, safety and hygiene procedures, as well as promote a safety culture
• Strictly follow the process letter instructions
• Comply with the first discipline standard of your work area
• Attend work punctually and consistently
• Participation in problem solving
• Compliance with internal work regulations
