RH Aero Systems is seeking an onsite Readiness Manager in Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., Mexico. You will lead tooling evaluation, repairs, and customer coordination in an engine MRO shop environment, serving as the primary on-site contact.

The role requires 5+ years in tooling or aviation field service, strong project management, and ability to travel regionally. English fluency and Spanish proficiency are essential for effective collaboration with RH Aero stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and relevant aviation tooling experience.
• Fluent English with professional Spanish communication for onsite customer engagement.
• 5+ years in tooling, aviation maintenance or field service within aviation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects, products, and services in the assigned region with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in inventories, including Rhinestahl and customer-owned assets.
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on tooling and equipment.
• Review drawings, modify tooling, and manage related logistics.
• Support on-site customer management and equipment setup.
