Formación

Proven experience in r&d, product engineering, software/product development or related technical field.
Ability to solve complex problems independently and mentor junior team members.
Familiarity with engineering, product development, project management and technical documentation tools/methodologies.
Passion for innovation, problem solving, customer focus, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

Drive product development and maintenance to deliver innovative, high‑quality solutions aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
Lead product quality and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product performance and reliability.
Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and R&D opportunities to support innovation and product portfolio evolution.
Collaborate with technical experts, customers, and stakeholders to translate the voice of the customer into actionable improvements.
Communicate effectively across teams in English and local language to ensure alignment.
