ABB in Mexico is seeking a Quality Specialist to support the ELDS Quality team in San Luis Potosí. You will assist in implementing and maintaining the quality system, conduct audits, establish controls, and train local operations.

You will report quality KPIs and customer issues, document processes, map workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role requires a technical or engineering degree and at least one year of relevant experience, with English proficiency and strong teamwork.

Formación

• Technical or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
• Experience in root cause analysis and process mapping.
• Basic English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
• Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs to support analysis of local processes.
• Utilizing measurement systems to reflect material, product, systems, and process characteristics.
• Training local operational teams on quality management elements and promoting improvements.
