Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Production Support Lead to ensure stable operations of data platforms and rapid incident resolution. You will coordinate with offshore teams, manage P1/P2 incidents, and drive RCA for permanent fixes while engaging client stakeholders.

We value 7+ years in IT with 3+ years in Production/Application Support, hands-on Databricks, GCP, Airflow, and Power BI expertise, and strong ability to operate independently in a global delivery

• - Lead production support operations for Data & Analytics platforms, ensuring stable operations, rapid incident resolution, SLA adherence, stakeholder communication, and effective coordination with offshore teams.
