Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Production Support Lead to ensure stable operations of data platforms and rapid incident resolution. You will coordinate with offshore teams, manage P1/P2 incidents, and drive RCA for permanent fixes while engaging client stakeholders.

We value 7+ years in IT with 3+ years in Production/Application Support, hands-on Databricks, GCP, Airflow, and Power BI expertise, and strong ability to operate independently in a global delivery

Qualifications

7+ years of IT experience.
Minimum 3+ years in Production/Application Support.
Experience leading offshore support teams.
Experience managing client-facing support engagements.
Strong ability to coordinate onsite/offshore teams and RCA.

Responsibilities

Lead production support for Data & Analytics platforms.
Ensure stable operations and rapid incident resolution.
Maintain SLA adherence and communicate with stakeholders.
Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution.
Perform RCA and coordinate permanent fixes.
