Copeland is seeking a Group Leader for our Reynosa, Mexico facility. The role is onsite and full-time, supporting the area supervisor, ensuring PPE usage, and maintaining production and quality standards on the line.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, reads diagrams, and communicates effectively in English. Responsibilities include training staff, preventing bottlenecks, and upholding safety and 5S practices in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Education and experience requirements are stated for the production leadership role.
• Reading diagrams and drawings is required for line setup and alignment.
• Basic communication and language proficiency in English are required.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with quality and safety policies and plant objectives.
• Support the supervisor; ensure personnel wear PPE and follow procedures.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure components are available on the line.
• Train employees and uphold safety and quality standards in area.
• Maintain production and quality rates set by Quality and Engineering.
• Fill TPMs and trigger work orders as needed; prevent waste.
