Job summary

Capgemini seeks a dedicated engineer to own the resolution of P1/P2 incidents in production, ensuring minimal business impact and SLA compliance. You will be the primary contact for client stakeholders during incidents, escalations and service reviews.

You will lead RCA activities, drive permanent fixes to improve platform stability, and coordinate onsite and offshore teams to deliver seamless support for Databricks, GCP and Airflow in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and production-support for Databricks, GCP, and Airflow in production environments.
Independent management and resolution of P1/P2 incidents with a focus on SLA compliance.
Advanced ANSI SQL and production data pipelines skills.
Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving permanent corrective actions.
Excellent client-facing communication, coordinating stakeholders and offshore teams.
Fluent English in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Own the resolution of critical P1/P2 incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.
