Royal Caribbean Group seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead site construction efforts for land-based projects reporting to the Director or Senior Manager of Construction. You will oversee all phases from design through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with budgets.

The role requires 7–10 years of lead construction experience in commercial projects, strong vendor management, and ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver a quality guest

Formación

• 7-10 years of experience leading construction projects as a commercial Project Manager.
• Experience with commercial projects (retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Mentor staff to high standards and ensure accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Manage master project schedule and budget tracking.
• Oversee QA/QC program and risk analysis for schedule impacts.
• Liaise with stakeholders across departments to deliver a flawless product at private destinations.
