Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Manager of Recruitment to lead Private Destinations Mexico hiring efforts onsite in Quintana Roo. The role drives process improvements, performance management, and project delivery while ensuring compliant, data-driven recruiting across functions.

The position partners with HRIS, Talent Operations, and People Analytics to produce monthly metrics, forecasts, and strategic plans. Requires 8+ years of experience, including 5+ in management, and English fluency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in management.
• 2+ years BI experience or training, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in international hospitality/travel industry.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment operations for Private Destinations Mexico and support talent acquisition.
• Develop process improvements, performance management, and project delivery.
• Provide monthly reporting and analytics on shipboard recruitment and compliance.
• Partner with HRIS, Talent Operations, and People Analytics for metrics.
• Mentor recruitment team and ensure adherence to hiring practices.
