KBR Monterrey S.A. de C.V. seeks a Construction Manager to lead on-site teams, coordinating HSE, QA, CM supervision and commissioning to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will align engineering design with construction execution and drive performance in schedule, cost, safety, and quality across activities at an industrial site. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 10+ years in industrial construction, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction projects (oil & gas, manufacturing, power).
• 5+ years in a leadership or site management role.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and materials.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project.
• Understand engineering drawings, specifications, and codes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization to commissioning.
• Develop and manage construction schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, and project management teams.
