Turner & Townsend in Monterrey region is seeking a Project Coordinator SHE to help ensure health, safety, and environmental excellence throughout our projects, supporting teams in maintaining compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a proactive safety culture on industrial construction sites.

The role requires a strong knowledge of Mexican HS&E regulations, a minimum of five years in related roles, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, report on safety metrics, and collaborate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HS&E on construction/industrial projects.
• Specialized training in Mexican OHS regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican HS&E laws and compliance.
• Experience with risk assessments, investigations, inspections, and audits.
• Proven ability to work on complex, high-safety projects.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills, MS Office.
• Fluent Spanish; English encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on HS&E compliance to project teams.
• Coordinate risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Support regulatory compliance activities including labor inspections and audits.
• Monitor HS&E reporting systems and track safety metrics.
• Assist in implementing global SHE policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with contractors to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Support change management to integrate SHE requirements.
• Prepare reports and documentation on HS&E performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness.
• Coordinate environmental and occupational health programs to meet objectives.
