KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions is seeking a Site Team Leader to manage on-site operations, oversee HSE, engineering, construction management and specialized services to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction, 15+ years of experience, and strong leadership. Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with stakeholders and teams across disciplines on industrial projects.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in construction and/or engineering site operations.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Solid technical understanding of engineering and construction practices.
Must be proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with HSE policies.
Lead and supervise on-site HSE, Engineering, Construction Management and Specialized Services teams.
Coordinate daily operations between engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
Oversee construction activities to achieve adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Monitor compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
