Flex is seeking a Maintenance Automation Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus, working with automated lines to maintain and improve manufacturing systems. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and optimize PLCs, robotics, HMIs, and control networks; lead CAPA activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support equipment validation and process deployment.

Willingness to travel to other Flex sites may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field with strong automation background.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, robotics, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Experience in maintain/repair in high-volume manufacturing settings.
• Proven problem-solving skills and CAPA experience.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot equipment and automation systems to identify root causes.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support calibration, verification, and qualification tasks for equipment.
• Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of lines and test setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
