Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Mexicali is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift, onsite in Avionics. You will supervise a manufacturing team, coordinate daily operations, and drive Lean improvements to meet productivity and quality goals.

The requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, 1–3 years as a team lead, and English proficiency. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and exposure to SAP/Power BI are a plus; visa/travel availability may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
1–3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
English 60% - able to speak, read and write.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of support and/or production level employees in Manufacturing Operations.
Lead RTPR meetings, monitor and coordinate team activities toward policy deployment objectives.
Monitor cell performance: productivity, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Participate in real-time problem resolution and recommend procedural improvements.
Support Lean manufacturing values and company culture.
Perform duties with minimal supervision and deliver exceptional results.
