RTX Corporation in Mexicali, MX is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to supervise a manufacturing team and drive Lean deployment in daily production. You will oversee support and production activities, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while fostering team collaboration.
The role requires 1–3 years of leadership experience, a mechanical, industrial, electrical or related engineering degree, and strong English communication skills.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- English 60% - Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Responsabilidades
- Supervise a team of support and/or production level employees in Manufacturing Operations.
- Lead the RTPR meetings and coordinate manufacturing team activities.
- Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals.
- Actively involved in real-time problem resolution and evaluate progress and results.
- Support company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
- Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.
