Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking a Lider de Operaciones OL3 to oversee daily production planning for AVIONICS on the second shift. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and drive cross-functional project initiatives in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

The role requires advanced English, project development experience at the SBU level, and the ability to drive strategic decisions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years of experience sufficient to perform essential functions.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Set a daily production plan to achieve safety, quality and production goals; supervise employee work to ensure performance and skill.
• Detect area needs.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
