General Motors is seeking a manufacturing professional to support personnel, material, and equipment usage while developing teams and launching pilot activities. You will help meet production costs and quality goals, promote safety, and apply lean principles on site across shifts.

The role requires up to 3 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and at least intermediate English. This is an on-site position with potential 4x3 shift patterns.

Formación

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Experience on assembly lines.
• Knowledge or experience with GMS principles (desirable).
• Experience leading, coordinating, or managing people.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support effective use of personnel, material, and equipment.
