Novartis in CDMX is seeking an Onboarding Manager to craft engaging learning experiences that help commercial teams build confidence and deliver value to customers and patients.

You will translate business priorities into onboarding programs, assess evolving needs, and partner across the organization to continually improve sales effectiveness. This hybrid role blends learning design with strategic leadership in a dynamic environment.

Essential Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering sales onboarding, training, or commercial capability-building programs.
• Strong understanding of sales effectiveness, learning principles, and capability development.
• Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs and translate business priorities into practical training solutions.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• University Degree required.
