This full-time, on-site role focuses on engaging guests, delivering engaging presentations, identifying needs, recommending options, building relationships, and meeting sales targets, with collaboration across teams to ensure superior service.

Formación

• Strong communication to present information clearly and build rapport.
• Proven customer service and client relationship skills.
• Demonstrated sales abilities including prospecting, closing, and meeting targets.
• Experience in training or coaching to support knowledge sharing.
• Sales management or leadership exposure is a plus.
• Background in hospitality, tourism, real estate, or vacation ownership sales is beneficial.
• Goal-oriented with negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• On-site work in San José del Cabo, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in English is required.
