Paylocity in Guadalajara, MX is seeking an on-site Support Specialist I to serve as the front-line resource for employees using Spending Accounts and COBRA. Inbound calls and email inquiries will be received, prioritized, and resolved with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year of client/customer service experience, proficiency with web-based apps and MS Office, including Excel, and a willingness to work overtime during peak enrollment.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• 1+ year of client/customer service experience.
• Proficient with web-based applications and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to work overtime during enrollment season.

Responsabilidades

• Assist employees with spending accounts and COBRA inquiries via phone or email.
• Prioritize requests and communicate status with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot questions using critical thinking to provide accurate solutions.
• Gather data and determine actions to resolve cases.
• Own cases to ensure prompt resolution and reduce aging items.
• Maintain high inbound call availability and deliver customer service excellence.
• Support back-office/compliance tasks such as HSA identity verification.
