Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 1+ years of client/customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use multiple resources while advising live on calls.
• Familiarity with web-based applications.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic project management abilities for high-volume requests.
• Willingness to work overtime during Fall/Winter enrollment season.

Responsibilities

• Supports client employees with inquiries about spending accounts, COBRA services, and systems access.
• Establishes relationships across departments to communicate status and timing.
• Determines scope of customer requirements to respond to inquiries and troubleshoot.
• Gathers data, evaluates options, and recommends actions.
• Demonstrates ownership of cases and maintains prompt resolution.
• Maintains high inbound call availability to support customers.
• De-escalates and resolves challenging cases with effective problem-solving.
• Ensures follow-through and minimizes aging items.
• Delivers exceptional customer service in verbal and written interactions.
• Supports back-office/compliance items such as Identity Verification for HSA.
