A leading support services company in Mexico City is seeking an experienced on-site support technician. The role focuses on providing hands-on hardware and desktop support directly to end-users. Candidates should have a solid background in on-site environments and be comfortable with troubleshooting. Advanced Spanish proficiency is required, along with working English skills. This position requires a physical presence in the office to handle support needs effectively.

Formación

• Strong experience in on‑site support environments.
• Ready to troubleshoot hardware and manage break/fix situations.
• Ability to work independently and directly with users.
• Financial services experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on hardware and desktop support.
• Assist end-users and handle incidents on-site.
