Danfoss is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Apodaca, MX site to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safe and efficient product build across lines. You will drive daily output, maintain quality, and collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and process standards.
The role emphasizes Lean-based safety improvements, floor-level communication, and regular audits to support operational excellence.
Formación
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing leadership.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and manufacturing execution tools.
- Strong communication skills in professional and floor-level environments to drive engagement.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage production lines to achieve daily output and quality targets.
- Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams on equipment reliability and process standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety protocols and waste reduction using Lean methodologies.
- Work with shift leads and operators to ensure clear communication of production goals and safety requirements.
- Execute daily floor audits and performance tracking that supports our overall operational excellence.
