Procter & Gamble Mexico City seeks an Execution and Start-up Leader to drive site initiative execution end-to-end, partnering with the Technical Readiness Leader, Initiatives Operations Leader, plant teams, and contract manufacturers to ensure projects deliver on quality, time, and cost.

You will lead start-up activities, manage risk, and integrate schedules, costs, and quality controls across internal and contractor plants, focusing on safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Graduated engineer.
• Experience leading site initiative execution and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of QA and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of site initiatives following internal controls, safety and QA standards.
• Drive technical mastery, including qualifications and risk assessments, and align schedules to deliver initiatives.
• Lead loss elimination initiatives and pursue continuous improvement (PDCA).
• Manage operational mastery by mapping parameters, validating plans, and guiding site interventions.
• Oversee service plans to deliver initiatives on time and budget.
• Incorporate costs into forecasts and seek efficiency opportunities within projects.
• Lead start-up teams training and ensure knowledge transfer to operations.
