GE Vernova is seeking a Lean Leader to drive continuous improvement with manufacturing teams and cross-functional partners. You will facilitate Value Stream Mapping, coach teams, and help operationalize the GE Vernova Operating Method across the enterprise.

Travel ~50%, location on-site at GEV site, Americas preferred; immigration visas not sponsored. You will build capabilities, train leaders, and foster engagement to deliver sustainable performance gains.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement.
• Sustainable Value Stream Mapping changes in manufacturing and transactional envs.
• Influential communicator with cross-cultural leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads Value Stream Mapping across the company and facilitates Kaizens.
• Builds and delivers hands-on training on Lean methods and tools.
• Leads Lean initiatives to drive end-to-end process improvements.
• Deploys operational strategies around SQDC and sustainability.
