Job summary

Qualfon Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to provide daily transactional HR support to a high-volume call center. You will work on-site under the HR Manager, handling onboarding/offboarding, data management, and leave administration in compliance with federal and company policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years HR experience, strong communication, proficiency with ADP and SAP SuccessFactors, and a Bachelor’s in HR or equivalent. SHRM-CP/PHR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3–5 years HR experience with business partner and employee relations.
• Experience with non-exempt personnel in high-volume environments preferred; strong problem & conflict resolution skills.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or willingness to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily transactional support to the HR Manager.
• Administer core HR services for employees and managers per policies.
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for assigned units.
• Manage employee data records (electronic and paper).
• Process Leaves of Absence per laws and company guidelines.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance evaluation administration.
• Ensure workers' compensation compliance with state/federal laws.
• Provide employee relations support to leads/managers.
• Distribute HR information to staff.
• Support unemployment insurance compliance and reporting.
• Deliver HR-related reports and administrative tasks.
• Uphold company policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
