Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to provide full on-site construction management and client-representative support on international projects. You will oversee the construction effort, help develop project execution plans, and manage risks, costs, and scheduling with strong collaboration across architects, engineers, and contractors.

The role requires 6–8 years in construction project management, an engineering or architecture degree, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 6 - 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct meetings, create reports, and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight.
• Support the client as client representative to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Oversee construction effort and advise at strategic project conception.
• Advise on procurement of resources and ownership of contracts and budgets.
• Create and coordinate detailed Project Execution Plans and GC PEP activities.
• Manage risk relating to construction execution and maintain risk registers.
• Support design process, review drawings against project requirements, and provide input during early phases.
• Assist client PM in reviewing and reporting on construction progress and milestones.
• Coordinate RFIs and Submittals with cost controller alignment to budgets.
• Record meeting minutes and documentation for site progress and meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and labor relations programs meet objectives.
