Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead on-site operations for large-scale data center projects in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. You will oversee civil construction activities, coordinate multiple contractors, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality across the project lifecycle.

This on-site role requires managing CSA and MEP coordination, driving budgets and resources, and serving as the primary client liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily civil construction activities including foundations, structural works, and site infrastructure across CSA disciplines.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to align with project objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
